Please book your boat tour in advance to avoid disappointment. Early booking is recommended!
Minimum booking conditions may apply dependant on the day, date and time of booking.
Cancellation due to inclement weather is rare and will be decided at the sole discretion of Loch Lomond Leisure Scotland Ltd
This decision to cancel will be based on safety grounds and will only happen in the event of extreme weather conditions. We do not cancel due to rain or cold.
In the event of late arrival by participants, we reserve the right to cancel or to cut short any or all tours and activities without refund.
Please note that it is the sole responsibility of all participants to arrive on time for tours and activities.
Customers should aim to arrive early for their experiences and also allow extra time after experiences incase of any minor operational delays / changes to schedule.
All passengers will be supplied with life jackets; which is compulsory for your extra comfort and safety
