Known as the second capital of Portugal, Porto is situated around the mouth of the river Douro. The colourful, vibrant city has a magnetic atmosphere, filled with a kaleidoscope of colours, medieval streets, decadent buildings surrounded by the many fisherman's boats. Porto is framed by the Dom Luis bridge that connects the bustling city centre to Vila Nova de Gaia, home of numerous historic Port wine cellars.

You and seven guests will experience the region staying in a private villa located in the countryside combining original characteristics of the house preserved in restoration with more modern details that have made this four bedroom/four bathroom space more private, simple and cosy. The location is ideal for taking day trips to nearby stunning towns such as Guimarães or Braga, as well as reaching the breathtaking landscapes of the Douro Valley wine region. One day of the week you will embark on a private city walking tour that will end with a Porto tasting in a wine cellar located along the river.
